General Terms & Conditions
1. Booking policy
All camp bookings are final and confirmed at the moment of purchase. By completing your reservation, you accept these terms.
2. Cancellation
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded for personal reasons. Please make sure to double-check dates, travel plans and all details before confirming.
3. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The only exception is if the camp is fully cancelled by us. In that case, we will offer a full or partial refund, or an alternative solution.
4. Transfer of spot
If you can’t join, you can transfer your spot to another girl, as long as you inform us in advance and it’s approved by the team. We are not responsible for private agreements between participants.
5. Safety & insurance
During kite lessons, participants are covered by the insurance of the kite school in Tarifa. Outside lesson hours, each participant is responsible for having her own travel and accident insurance that covers kitesurfing activities. By joining the camp, you confirm that you understand the nature of the sport and agree to always follow the safety instructions given by the instructors.
