We're girls who feel good around the ocean, stepping out of our routine and always having a passport ready for the next adventure. Girls who travel with curiosity, a backpack on their shoulders and a love for that salty lifestyle :)
Some come to learn kitesurf. Others to progress, disconnect, travel solo or simply meet girls who share the same energy.
And somewhere between sessions, shared dinners and sunsets after the beach, you realise it was never only about kitesurf.
Our calendar
We've spent years traveling around the world chasing wind. Along the way, we discovered new spots and met incredible people.
These are some of the places that truly stayed with us, not only for the kitesurf conditions, but for the atmosphere, the lifestyle, the people and the memories created there. Each camp is a mix of kite, connection, adventure and all those little moments in between, the kind of moments that end up becoming the best part of the trip.

A WeGirls camp is more than just kitesurfing! It’s about progressing in the water, building confidence session after session, sharing the journey with other girls and feeling part of something real.
From your first rides to your first transitions, upwind or new tricks, every girl comes with her own goals, fears and little victories along the way.
Bring your best energy, an open mind, and your own way of being. The rest… happens naturally.
About us
WeGirls is hosted by women who have built their lives around wind, travel, ocean days and the kind of community that makes every trip feel more alive.
Moni
Professional kitesurfer, Slingshot rider and passionate traveler, Moni has spent years chasing wind around some of the most beautiful kite spots in the world.
After competing internationally and working for many years as a kite instructor, she created WeGirls with the idea of inspiring more women to get into kitesurf, travel and feel confident around the ocean.
She has lived between Australia, Tarifa, Italy, the UK, Cape Verde and the Dominican Republic, always following wind, new experiences and meaningful connections along the way.
Expect lots of energy, encouragement, good vibes and someone who will probably get more excited than you after landing your first rides or new tricks :)
Lauri
Spanish blood, nomad soul.
Lauri is the kind of person who could stay and live in every place she visits... and somehow, she kind of does.
She brings to the camps that calm smile and easy energy that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable, welcomed and part of the group from the very beginning.
Expect lots of laughs, spontaneous adventures and the kind of good vibes that make everything feel lighter.
